Subscriptions & billing
Nova is offered on a paid subscription with a free trial. After the trial, your plan renews automatically at the price shown at signup until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods. We’ll give notice of any price change before it applies to you.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the site: no automated scraping beyond reasonable rates, no attempts to break authentication or rate limits, and no submitting other people’s email addresses or connecting accounts you don’t own or control.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version.
